This is a corkscrew made from a used spark spanner. The spanners are thouroughly cleaned before being re-purposed.
 
This one is a "traditional" style corkscrew, please see other listing for the thinner "slim" corkscrew.
 
Please note that the spanners are random sized but all similar to the one in the photo.
